The Wealth Summit Pathway

0) Fit Call: 15-20 mins

The first step in the Wealth Summit Pathway is a 15 minute Fit call.

This call is to find out a little more about your financial situation, the kind of advice you’re seeking, broadly describing our service offerings, and determine whether we are a fit in terms of the services you’re seeking and what we provide. If so, we’ll describe the next steps.

1) Pre-Fit Meeting Action Items

  • Schedule Fit Meeting and make payment
  • Complete initial questionnaire and risk tolerance assessment
  • Upload investment account statements and most recent tax return

3) New Client Onboarding Action Items

  • Review and sign client services agreement
  • Accept invitations to tech platform
  • Schedule Discovery & Account Application Meeting
  • Complete your Cash Flow Fact Finder
  • Upload financial files and connect accounts

2) Fit Meeting: 120 mins

  • Confirm our understanding of your situation and ask any clarifying questions if necessary
  • Review a number of deliverables that including a 1-page financial plan, Client Investment Plan, Tax analysis, Investment analysis and deliver our investment presentation. Those deliverables will be yours to keep following the meeting.
  • Demonstrate our tools and technology.
  • Set expectations for upcoming meeting and when we should expect to meet throughout the year
  • We’ll identify the players on your financial team and make any necessary recommendations
  • We’ll assess whether there’s a mutual fit and invite you to become a client

4) Discovery & Account Application Meeting: 120 mins

In this meeting, we aim to gather as much information about you, your financial life and your most deeply held goals and values. With this information obtained, we can build a comprehensive model of your financial life and provide recommendations. From information already gathered, we’ll be in a position to open the accounts at the most suitable custodian.

5) Assessment and Preparation

We’ll undertake a holistic review of your financial situation, including income/expenses, assets/liabilities, insurance coverage(s), investments, and tax information to determine the financial trajectory you’re on. If we have any questions we’ll be in touch.

7) Recommendations: 1-2 meetings

Based on our comprehensive assessment, we shall develop and present our recommendations aligned with your financial situation, values, goals, and risk tolerance.

6) Confirmation Meeting: 60 mins

The purpose of this meeting is to confirm all onboarding action items have been completed, review your financial trajectory in our planning software, review your updated Client Investment Plan, and revisit implementation of the Cash Flow Waterfall.

8) Implementation: Ongoing check-in meetings based on service level

Once the recommendations have been made, we will work with you to put them into action. We may work with other professionals such as an accountant, attorney, insurance agent, mortgage broker, etc. (based on service level) to help implement.

9) Review and Alignment

Your circumstances, lifestyle, and financial goals are likely to change over time, so it’s important your financial plan is regularly reviewed and adjusted to make sure it’s still your plan.
